Packing and Dispatch
Payment cleared, your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders move to the next business day, and a dispatch email confirms when the parcel leaves.
How Long the Road Runs
Delivery generally takes 20-45 days from dispatch, shaped by destination and carrier pace. Orders across the United States and the United Kingdom usually arrive inside that span. If peak season stretches it, we will keep you posted.
The Cost, Settled
Over the $30 Line
- $30.00 or more: shipping is free;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, displayed at checkout before payment.
Duties and Taxes: Ours to Eat
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never land on nuzqemari customers — we absorb every one. The checkout figure is the final figure, to the cent.
Where We Deliver
The United States and the United Kingdom at present. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are outside our coverage.
Chasing Your Tracking Number
The tracking number comes to life at the carrier's first scan. Email with your order number, and we will return the number, the carrier's link, and updates whenever you ask.
When Parcels Stall or Vanish
Frozen mid-route, or the carrier calls it lost? Write to — verification done, we reship free of charge or refund in full. A lost parcel never becomes lost money here.
The Address Check
Please read your delivery address carefully before paying. Parcels aimed at a mistyped address sit outside our responsibility; should one circle back, we reship the moment you confirm the correct details.
Boxes Beyond the First
Larger orders may split into several parcels across different days, always without extra charge. Every box carries its own tracking number — ask and we will share it.
